Odalis Castellanos is our Human Resources Director and Payroll professional with years of progressive experience and consistent success designing, implementing, managing, and administering HR, Payroll, and Benefits system(s) solutions.
Overseeing all aspects of human resources management, she establishes and develops Human Resource teams and infrastructure for our ACTS Security to effectively support rapid business growth.
She also has extensive mergers and acquisitions integration experience. In addition, Odalis is an active and Licensed Level 3 Security Guard.
